Our premium shared office space in the iconic Kauri Timber Building on Fanshawe St merges the heritage-listed building with character features that date back to 1885, with a brand new modern building to create a spectacular office environment that you and your clients will love.
A flexible space with open plan desking area, glass-enclosed meeting room, reception area and modern kitchen/lunch area. Head down the feature circular staircase to the additional executive office, available for up to 3 people.
The location of the building means there are two entrances. Walk in at street level from Fanshawe St and up half a flight of stairs to your front door, or use the rear entrance off Graham St and walk through the modern stairwell (or take the lift) that seamlessly connects the 2 buildings together. Either way, it’s a quick stroll to the Viaduct or alternatively visit one of the many cafes, restaurants, pubs or bars around Victoria St and within a minute walk from the Graham Street entrance.
